IDG PRACTICE CARDS

We live in a time that confronts us not only with outer challenges – it calls on us in our full humanity.

How do we meet ourselves and one another in our communities in times of upheaval, uncertainty and tension? How do we remain capable of action as communities of shared values and stay connected to what truly matters to us?

These questions have accompanied me over many years in individual work and in groups. This card set was born out of early co-creation and is, in my work, a true labour of love – a way of translating inner development into lived practice

What are the IDGs?

The Inner Development Goals emerged from an international co-creation process with partners including the Harvard Human Flourishing Program and Lund University (LUCSUS), Stockholm. The IDGs describe the inner qualities that make necessary, sustainable change possible – across five dimensions of human unfolding:

BEING · THINKING · RELATING · COLLABORATING · ACTING

What to expect :

80 carefully developed exercises – practical, experience-oriented and scientifically grounded. Drawing on body- and psychotherapeutically informed methods, they support cognitive, somatic, psychological and social capacities – for self-reflection, coaching, team development and transformative learning processes.

Plus: 13 deepening audio tracks, a values finder and an exclusive audio guide I developed as your personal welcome into the world of the IDGs and a first introduction to working with the set.

Who is this card set for?

For all those seeking a concrete, practical approach and tried-and-tested exercises for individual and group work – particularly in the areas of:

  • Personal development & self-reflection
  • Coaching & psychological counselling
  • Team development & organisational development
  • New Work & leadership development
  • Education & adult learning
  • Sustainability and transformation processes

Alongside the English Edition, the card set is also available as a German Edition.

I extend my work and the set through accompanying and deepening Practice Workshops, Workbooks and programmes that translate inner development into shared learning and action.
