Consulting and innovation in processes of change
Alongside my therapeutic work, I accompany individuals, teams and organisations through processes of change. I bring together trauma-sensitive perspective-building with solution and processoriented thinking, and a grounded understanding of psychodynamic and systemic dynamics.
For over 15 years, I have worked with individuals, teams, creative professionals and non-profit organisations during phases of transition and reorientation.
In my work with NGOs, educational initiatives and founders, a recurring pattern often emerges: projects that grow from a deep sense of purpose frequently find themselves, after the initial founding phase, in a kind of survival mode: structurally under-resourced, emotionally over-identified, inwardly exhausted. Role conflicts and unresolved team dynamics make development and sustainability difficult.
My focus is on project- and theme-based consulting in complex transitions in the spaces where old strategies no longer hold, and where new forms of agency are waiting to emerge.
Trauma-informed consulting & adult education
A particular focus of my work lies in adult education especially in relation to developmental and attachment trauma. I work with leaders, creative individuals and media teams, consultants in independent educational institutions and public organisations, and professionals from psychosocial and educational contexts.
I do not understand my work as the strategic development of ready-made answers, but as the shaping of processes in which people can rediscover their existing resources, values and possibilities and bring them into action. I work with what shows up including what seems to be in the way. It is often precisely there that the keys to lasting change are found.

Innovation consulting & strategic counselling
A significant part of my consulting work is dedicated to creative professionals and innovation-driven projects. I bring together experience in conflict facilitation with approaches from New Work, Inner Work and psychodynamic team development – particularly where strategic reorientation, team building and project conflicts call for both psychological depth and practical clarity.
Together with brand strategy experts, we offer tailored innovation consulting and brand strategy, combining international market knowledge, strategic communication and brand development with psychological expertise. Our work is for changemakers, teams and organisations who want to clarify and sustainably anchor their identity, values and vision. It is inspired by the Inner Development Goals and by current insights from brand and change management, transformative learning culture and values-based organisational development.
