Inner development as the foundation of meaningful change
My workshops are for individuals, teams, creative professionals, NGOs and organisations in phases of transition, reorientation or growth.
Processes of change rarely fail because of a lack of knowledge. More often, projects and organisations come under inner and outer pressure: roles remain unclear, high levels of identification lead to exhaustion, team dynamics operate in the background while new demands call for orientation. My workshops create structured and creative spaces for development where inner attitude, self-leadership and collective effectiveness become concretely experiential. Not as a quick strategic fix, but as a grounded process that connects structure and freedom.
Depending on the context, I work with a range of experience-oriented approaches. The IDG Practice Card Set – with 80 methodical exercises across the five IDG dimensions – forms a living core. The exercises support individual self-reflection as well as team and organisational development. Approaches from New Work, Inner Work and systemic innovation work flow in as needed.
In B2B contexts, I accompany in particular:
- strategic reorientation and identity clarification
- role and team clarification in complex projects
- constructive engagement with tensions and conflicts
- integration of values and capacity building in times of transition
- development of sustainable forms of collaboration
Where needed, I also work with experienced brand and innovation consultants to bring together strategic communication, brand development and psychological process competence in a meaningful way. Workshop series have proven particularly effective in this context.
My understanding of consulting is process-oriented: people and organisations already carry their resources and answers within them. Within a clearly structured framework, these can become accessible again and be translated into sustainable action and change.
I look forward to hearing from you.
